Booking Policy:
Upon deciding on tickets for a particular concert or theatre event, you will receive an invoice for 100% of the ticket price quoted. An Authorized Signature is required to confirm your purchase. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a signed invoice is received. Full payment is required within 10 business days from date signed invoice is received (or in some last minute cases, full payment is required before the concert/theatre show).
