Where do you get your tickets?
With over 20 years of event and ticketing experience, the principles behind Bay Street Ticket Services has worked with contacts on the teams and in the box offices, as well as sponsors and season-ticket holders. Where do you get your suites?
Because of our experience, we work with many suite holders at the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, and BMO Field who either cannot or do not want to attend every single event and make their suites available for other organizations to rent out for a specific event. If you are looking to rent a suite for a specific event, please send us an email to sales@BayStreetTickets.ca.
Can you get my company more that a Quarter-Season?

In most cases, yes.  Please contact us to discuss your specific situation. 

How do you guarantee your tickets are real?
Because of the industry relationships we have, we offer our exclusive 200% GUARANTEE on every ticket that we sell.
 
If for some reason, it is discovered that a ticket we sold you is not legitimate or is inaccurate in any way, we will refund you the entire average cost of the tickets that were not legitimate, plus an additional 100% of that cost for your inconvenience and to help make it right.

This demonstrates the 200% confidence we have in all of our suppliers, and to date we have NEVER had to pay out a single customer for an illegitimate ticket purchase.
Will you buy my excess tickets?
We are always willing to discuss the opportunity to purchase your tickets, however, in order to purchase them, your proof of seat/season ticket ownership may be required. If you have tickets to sell, please send us an email to sales@BayStreetTickets.ca outlining the event(s), quantity, section, row, and asking price.
How are you different from other ticketing sites?
We are different because on our site you won't find links to listings of thousands of events from around the world. We are in Toronto and we focus on the Toronto market ONLY.

On other ticketing sites you will find thousands of database-driven event and ticket listings that are showing up on thousands of ticket sites at the same time, at different prices, usually in US dollars. This is great if you are trying to sell tickets, not so great if you are trying to buy them. Have you ever bought tickets to a Toronto event from some guy in, say, Boston?
 
You won't with us.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes.  For our Quarter-Season Ticket Packages, at this time, we prefer to accept payment (in Canadian funds) by corporate cheque. To purchase your Quarter-Season Toronto Hockey Ticket Package cheque, please download and complete the PDF Order Form, and scan and fax or email it to us at 416.465.4630 or to sales@BayStreetTickets.ca and within 24 hours we will issue you an invoice to process the payment on your end. 
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes.  While we prefer payment via company cheque for for our Quarter-Season Ticket Packages or luxury suite rentals, you can pay by credit card if you have a PayPal account.  Please contact us for more information, or click here to create a PayPal account.



To purchase your 2010-11 Toronto Maple Leafs Quarter Season Ticket Package by company cheque, please print and complete the Quarter-Season Order Form, and scan and fax or email it to us at 416.465.4630 or to sales@BayStreetTickets.ca and we will issue you an invoice to process the payment on your end.
 
Note you can pay by credit card for ticket purchases under $2,000 CAD via our PayPal account without your own PayPal account.  Ask us for details.
