Our 200% Guarantee: If any tickets we sell you are proven to be illegitimate or inaccurate in any way, we will pay you double the average ticket cost to replace the cost of the ticket and to help to make it right.

We have never had to replace a ticket.

Upgraded tickets not included in guarantee. Upgraded tickets are, for example, you purchase a Gold Ticket Package and we supply you Platinum tickets as an Upgrade, or you purchase Purple tickets and we supply you with Green tickets as an Upgrade.
