Welcome to Bay Street Tickets! The following are the Terms of Use of BayStreetTickets.ca. By visiting or using our Site, you agree to these Terms and will abide all laws governing the Site. Bay Street Tickets deserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Check this page of the Site periodically to view any changes that may have been made.

Permitted Use

You agree that you are only authorized to view and retain pages of this Site for your own Personal Use and agree to not download any information from this Site other than to review event and promotional information, or to purchase tickets. The content and software on this Site is the property of Bay Street Tickets and is protected by Canadian copyright laws.

Ticket Ordering Policies

Bay Street Tickets is a privately owned, independent ticket reseller and in no way affiliated with any box office, venue or other ticket agency. Our tickets are sold at or above the face value printed on the ticket. The sale price reflects market demand and the difficulty in obtaining the tickets. As such, the ticket price may be higher.

The majority of ticket listings have seat descriptions to inform you of the location. Please refer to the list below for detailed descriptions of seating locations:

STANDARD TICKET ORDERS: Tickets that are generally in stock and the customer knows the exact seating location at the time of purchase. Since our online ordering function is not in "real time", occasionally tickets that were ordered are no longer available. Should the tickets not be available, you will be offered tickets of equal or better location/value. Customers are not obligated to accept tickets other than those originally ordered and may accept a credit for a future purchase. With the sole exception of internet sales received through BayStreetTickets.ca, Credit Cards are not charged until we have confirmed ticket availability.

All purchases over $1,000 (local Toronto-area events) and $500 (out of town events) may require a Credit Card Authorization form to be filled out by the credit cardholder and faxed back to us along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and drivers license. Bay Street Tickets reserves the right to request a Credit Card Authorization Form at its discretion.

Any orders placed after 5pm EST, weekdays, holidays or weekends, will not be processed until next business day. Once an order has been confirmed, a Bay Street Tickets Team Member will contact the customer via email, or phone.

Pre-Orders: Tickets for some events are not obtainable until closer to the date of the event. "Pre-Orders" involve tickets that are purchased in advance and are not currently in stock. Exact seating locations are not yet available so orders are taken for general seating locations. Tickets will be delivered as soon as we receive them. In some cases deliveries are not made until the week of the event and occasionally as late as the day of the event. Unless specifically agreed to in writing, there is no guarantee as to the date and time tickets will be delivered other than prior to the event. Please refer to individual event pages or call for more information. On pre-orders, tickets are guaranteed to be in pairs unless otherwise stated. Pre-orders over $400 may require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be signed by the credit cardholder and faxed back to us along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and drivers license. This form will be generated for you during the ordering process if ordering online. We reserve the right to upgrade tickets to a higher priced seating location at no additional cost to the customer. Once an order has been confirmed, a Bay Street Tickets Team Member will contact you via email and/or phone.

***Please Note: All customer information is strictly confidential and used only to verify the customer's identity and prevent fraudulent activity. Authorization Forms must be returned to us in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the proper documentation has not been returned to us, even if the order has been confirmed.

Accuracy of Information

Certain provincial or city laws may regulate the purchase of tickets to certain entertainment events. You understand that adhering to these laws is your responsibility. You agree to not hold Bay Street Tickets liable for if you choose to not follow these laws. You may be asked to provide personal information during certain processes on our Site. You warrant that all information you provide (i.e. name, address, credit card), to be true, and correct, and you will update this information as it changes.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide proper billing information: name, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, security code, telephone number, and email. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing your order, and the availability of tickets. A delay may also result in cancellation of your order.

You agree to only use credit cards belonging to you, friends, or immediate family members who authorize such use to purchase tickets on our Site. You also agree to not try to conceal your identity or I.P. addresses to purchase tickets on our Site.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the event date, time, venue, and seat locations, quantity. After an order is placed, the customer will receive a series of emails including Order Request, Order Confirmation, and Shipping Information.

Privacy Policy

Bay Street Tickets has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. In some cases we require visitors to give us contact and personal information. This information is used only in replying to inquiries or processing orders. Our Site has security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We are the sole owner of any personal information we receive. Furthermore, we will NOT sell, share, or rent ANY of the information that visitors provide us with. We collect the following information from all visitors to our Site: the name of the domain through which they access the internet, the date and time they access the Site, and the web page that referred them to our page. We use this information to administer our website and to help diagnose and troubleshoot potential server malfunctions. We also record the individual IP address of the computers used to access our Site in order to protect against fraud.

Forms of Payment

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and bank check cards bearing the Visa logo. Cash payments can be made in person, in exact change only. Bay Street Tickets does not carry cash in office. In some cases a Credit Card Authorization Form must be filled out and returned to us along with a copy of the cardholder's Driver's license and credit card (front and back).

We also accept payments by:

  • Electronic funds transfer (directly from your bank to ours)
  • On Account (for some clients it is possible to purchase tickets on account)
  • PayPal (directly from your PayPal account)
  • Cheques - only if timing permits. We accept cashier's checks, and money orders. We also accept Company or Personal Checks but orders will not be shipped until check clears, which can take up to 7-10 business days.

 

Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges & Ticket Availability

Orders are not confirmed or accepted until Bay Street Tickets has received payment. Until orders are confirmed, ticket availability may be subject to change. Bay Street Tickets deserves the right to cancel an order upon our discretion. If tickets ordered are no longer available, Bay Street Tickets will offer alternative seats in the general area of where original seats were located.

Bay Street Tickets does not allow refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order.

If for any reason tickets are no longer available, Bay Street Tickets may offer a store credit for a future purchase. A store credit never expires. To use a store credit please contact a customer service representative.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets

Bay Street Tickets stresses to take care of your tickets once received. Treat them as if they were cash. In some cases, tickets can be reprinted, but there are no guarantees of your tickets being replaced.

In the event you are denied access to an event, contact Customer Service immediately. A Bay Street Tickets representative will investigate each situation individually and do the necessary work to figure out why you were denied entrance.

Delivery and Shipping

Bay Street Tickets orders are shipped by FedEx, unless alternate delivery selected. A signature is required for all FedEx shipments to ensure your tickets arrive safely. FedEx will not deliver to any P.O. Box, so you must provide a proper street address. In the case you provide a delivery location other than your credit card billing location, you are responsible for that delivery. Bay Street Tickets is not responsible for any delays caused by the customer not being available to sign for a FedEx. The expected arrival of your order is based on the date Bay Street Tickets processes your order and the delivery method you have chosen. Tickets are generally delivered within a few days of order confirmation or by a mutually agreed upon date.

External Use

Certain pages of the Site may reference or link to third party sites through the Web. Bay Street Tickets has no control over these sites or the content on them. Bay Street Tickets does not endorse content on any third party sites nor can we guarantee they are free of viruses that may harm your computer. By linking to a third party site from Bay Street Tickets, you understand that you cannot hold Bay Street Tickets at fault for any damages resulted from that site.

Commercial Use

No postings on our Site or social media platforms may be used by visitors to conduct sales of tickets, or services of any kind. You must obtain our written consent to post any commercial offers on our Site, whether it is advertising or links to third party websites. You may not use Bay Street Tickets to resell your own tickets or link to any other website with the purpose of reselling. We will investigate any such cases and take legal action if necessary if the Bay Street Tickets brand is used without our written consent. Failure to follow this will result in removal of posting from Site and banning such user from using our site in the future.

General Policies

Bay Street Tickets reserves the right to request additional information at any time during the order process. Bay Street Tickets may want to confirm shipping address (to safeguard against any fraudulent orders). In some cases a Credit Card Authorization Form may need to be filled out, based on the discretion of a Bay Street Tickets representative.

Some events may have age restrictions, so please be aware of any policies that may exist before ordering tickets, as no order can be cancelled. Bay Street Tickets is not responsible if you are denied entry into an event based on the venues policies.
